Equipment Replacement and Piping Modifications

The City of Lompoc is currently soliciting bids for a contractor to provide and install fencing for the Lompoc Police Department Rear Fencing Project. Bids will be received per the attached specifications, until 2:00 p.m. on November 22, 2024.

Construct a vehicle entry gate, accessible pedestrian entry gate, and a carport at Station 92

Removal of the existing restroom/concession facility onsite and necessary site preparation for a new prefabricated facility provided by the Public Restroom Company.

The project includes replacement of the playground, defined turf space, drought tolerant plant materials, drains under the playground, and adjustments to the alignment of the walkway to meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines and requirements.

As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to complete Central Park fountain structure and equipment vault renovations including repairs to the pool, removal and replacement of new control equipment above ground and renovation of underground vault structure for waterproofing and installation of new machinery and piping.

Demolish and dispose of all existing play structures (see attached photo). • Demolish and dispose of approximately 3,000 square feet (sf) of existing 3.5” of Pour-In-Place (PIP) rubberized surfacing system. Concrete sub-surfacing and curbing to remain. • Install all play equipment and shade structures shown on the attached plan per manufacturers drawings and details. • The playground equipment shall be provided by Owner. • The PIP Rubberized surfacing system shall be installed by Owner. Contractor to coordinate installation of PIP rubberized surfacing system prior to installation of play equipment and shade structures. • Transport all play equipment from County maintenance yard (300 Goodwin Rd, Orcutt, CA 93455) to Orcutt Community Park.

The City of Lompoc is soliciting Bids/Proposals from qualified contractors to completely renovate the youth restrooms at the Lompoc Library, 501 East North Avenue. Bids will be received per the attached specifications, until 2:00 p.m. on November 26, 2024.

This Project will consist of reroofing the Administration Building along with Rooms #1 - #5
