Parking lot paving across multiple campuses

The work consists of parking lot Slurry Sealing with Type II sulrry coat Bob Kildee Community Park and at Dos Caminos Park.

Roofing and HVAC replacement at Mountain View Elementary School within the Goleta Union School District.

Construction of approximately 2,500 feet of new 8" HDPE raw water line and approximately 700 feet of 8" HDPE distribution main extension.

Replace existing public area Landscape and irrigation systems along North Street and West Street as shown. Additional paver pathways, boulders, and grouted in place rock & flow line swale is included.

Parking lot paving across three campuses

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required in the Plans, Specifications and Contract documents for said project to design and install a fire alarm system and provide monitoring services. The work will take place at Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District Community Center in Camarillo, California, and other related work as described in the Specifications and Contract Documents, by reference, made a part hereof. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.

Subject to successful negotiation of a contract, the selected development team will provide comprehensive and turnkey design, build, and operation services regarding the Project, including development and planning, design, financing, permitting, construction, and management of rental units to be developed, as further described in the RFP.

Seismic upgrades and structural reinforcement and full roof replacement of the auditorium and fly tower of the historic Lompoc Theatre.
