Fillmore School Farm - Flex & Restroom Building Project

The project consists of construction of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing alterations to support a STEM vocational classroom. Features include a new heat removal hood, rooftop exhaust fan, suspended slot channel ceiling grid supporting electrical power cords reels, and replacement of existing sink and cabinet. The work also includes anchorage of instructional equipment that is not part of the architecture or building system

The project involves field measurements, designing, fabricating, delivering, and installing galvanized aluminum ramps for portable classrooms for Tunnell Elementary School.

As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide on-call sidewalk, curb and gutter and spandrel grinding services. The not to exceed Contract amount will be $500,000 for a three (3) year term.

Replacement of Fuel Management System

Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and warranties to perform the complete application of a fluid applied encapsulating roofing membrane, a Title 24 compliant reflective roof coating, and necessary repairs and replacement of the existing flashings, copings, and associated roofing components to provide for a complete roofing system and a NDL 40-year warranty to the Athletic Event Center (AEC) roof. Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work for rehabilitation of 149 existing manholes, replacement of 13 existing manholes and replacement of 149 existing cast iron manhole frames and covers.
