A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on July 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The site visit will start at Rio Mesa High School, 545 Central Avenue, Oxnard, CA
93036. The second site visit location is Channel Islands High School, 1400 Raiders
Way, Oxnard, CA 93033. The third site visit location is Hueneme High School, 500 W
Bard Road, Oxnard, CA 93033. All participants are required to sign in, in front of the
Administration Building at each location. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid
ineligible.
