Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and warranties to perform the complete application of a fluid applied encapsulating roofing membrane, a Title 24 compliant reflective roof coating, and necessary repairs and replacement of the existing flashings, copings, and associated roofing components to provide for a complete roofing system and a NDL 40-year warranty to the Athletic Event Center (AEC) roof.
