Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to install a new prefabricated restroom building including utility hookups, site furnishings, hardscape, landscape, ADA compliant sidewalk, and roof. The prefabricated Exeloo restroom has been pre-purchased by the City and will be installed by the Contractor onsite. Installation will include offloading the Exeloo restroom from the delivery truck per Manufacturer specifications.
