The District intends to have a licensed flooring contractor remove existing floor covering, perform minor floor preparation, and install owner-supplied floor covering (type dependent on location). Owner furnished – Contractor Installed products include: carpet, walk off carpet, LVT, HVT, sheet vinyl, floor feather finish and adhesives, 4” rubber wall base. Contractor will need to provide transition strips, trim finishes (e.g., stair nosings, treads, risers, visual safety strips, etc.) trim finish adhesives for all work areas, and any other items necessary to complete the job. Carpet will be direct-glued. No grinding or leveling appears to be necessary at this time. Furniture will be moved by the District.
