Repair the approx. 35ft exterior wall located on the corner of Victoria Street and Chapala Street. The wall, which runs on Victoria St, needs to be waterproofed to prevent any leakage into the basement. Contractor would be responsible for the excava􀆟on, waterproofing, new concrete slab, any drainage work needed, debris cleanup, building permits and any other work needed to complete the project. Project to be completed by November 30, 2023.
