SCOPE OF WORK

1. Remove existing roofing system to wood deck and properly dispose of all debris

2. Repair all deficiencies in wood deck with like plywood thickness a minimum of 5/8”

3. Mechanically fasten one ply Versiply base sheet per engineered winduplift calcs

4. Install one ply Flexbase Plus 80 set in GreenLock adhesive applied at a minimum 2

gal/100sf

5. Install one ply Stressply Plus FR Mineral set in GreenLock adhesive applied at a

minimum 2 gal/100sf

6. Coat entire roof surface with Pyramic Plus LO applied at 2.0 gal/100SF i

7. Install new R-Mer edge coping on all parapet walls

8. Replace all plastic drains with new cast iron drain bowls and screens painted yellow

9. Termination bar to be applied on all flashings set in butyl tape and sealed with Tuff

Stuff sealant

10. All curbs to meet a minimum of 6-8” height

11. Contractor responsible to ensure positive drainage and no ponding conditions
